Thor by Runoffgroove
The Runoffgroove.com Thor is a new version of the
Thunderchief pedal/kit. It is not the same pedal, however, and OLC will continue to sell the Thunderchief kit as long
as the interest is there. The circuits are different, so niether can be modified into the other.
Quick comparison:
Thor: lower, "more accurate" gain, adds tone switches
Thunderchief: higher gain, tone control omitted for "dimed" sound
Note: this is a prebuilt pedal for illustrative purposes. The kit version will be bare metal...
